I believe that my role and function is to act as a guide that will allow children to express themselves in their unique and creative ways and bring to maturation their full capabilities and potentials.
Within every classroom there is a community of learners, and as the educator, I am tasked with ensuring that each child\'s learning style is embraced and developed, allowing them to develop holistically at each developmental stage of their young years.
My curriculum incorporates hands-on learning, cooperative learning, projects, themes, and individual activities to engage children in active learning. This diverse approach ensures that every child has the opportunity to learn and grow in ways that best suit their individual needs.
